Deaf man sues health center alleging he was denied an ASL interpreter during his care

gavelPHILADELPHIA – A deaf man is suing a health center for alleged violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act after he claims he was deprived the accommodations that he required and requested.

Alfred Estrada filed a complaint of Dec. 21 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Crozer Keystone Health Systems and Crozer Chester Medical Center, alleging violation of ADA.
